Motivational Development

It is suggested that a person’s potential to succeed is determined by how they master their motivational abilities. How choices are made, goals are set, and the ability to adapt reflects one’s capacity to thrive and stay ahead as life changes. Motivation is defined as moving into action. This normally occurs when there is a desired result one wants to achieve. The entire process of motivation is carried out through goals. Starting from selection, pursuit, to disengagement if necessary, the goal is the driving force.
